Spring season is the time for family road trips and travelling with your little one can be disastrous if you’re not prepared! Taking on the open road with your newborn can be such an amazing experience and can provide you with so many amazing photo ops!

We don't want to stress you out by telling you this, but stress during pregnancy can have long-term impacts on the health of your child. Researchers have now linked that stress to kids having more asthma or eczema.

Children whose mother's reported stressful pregnancies were evaluated for asthma, eczema and other allergy-related conditions at ages 6 and 14. Kids were about twice as likely to have asthma as 14-year-olds if their mothers had been through a single stressful life event.
